These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to illusioncreative.net and any services provided by Illusion Creative LLC ("Illusion Creative," "we," "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

• You may browse the Site for lawful business and personal research purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any portion of the Site without written permission.
• You may not attempt to breach security, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with operation of the Site.

Services & Engagements

Project work, subscriptions, and deliverables are governed by the separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement executed between you and Illusion Creative. These Terms do not create a client relationship on their own. Recurring infrastructure subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may be cancelled per the terms shown at checkout.

User Submissions

Information you submit through contact forms, audits, or newsletter signups must be accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information to respond to you and provide the requested services. Do not submit confidential third-party data without authorization.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (Stripe, Calendly, partners, examples). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any external site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, or search rankings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Illusion Creative LLC, its owners, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Illusion Creative LLC from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is Harris County, Texas.
